बुन्देलखण्ड विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति  के आदेशानुसार विश्वविद्यालय परिसर के संस्थानों 1. व्यापार प्रशासन संस्थान, 2. बैकिंग अर्थशास्त्र एवं वित्त संस्थान, 3. पर्यटन एवं होटल प्रबन्धन संस्थान, 4. आई0ई०टी० संस्थान, 5. फार्मेसी संस्थान के पाठ्यक्रमों की ऑनलाइन मोड पर सम्पन्न होने वाली परीक्षाओं में छात्र/छात्राएँ निम्न दिशानिर्देशों का अनुपालन करते हुए सम्मिलित होंगे -

1 Examination may be taken on smart phone or laptop/desktop with functional front camera. In case it is not available with them, they may book a seat in any nearby internet cafe. 2- Students must have internet facility. It is the sole responsibility of the students.

3- Students must have updated version of Google chrome.

4- Students will receive their login details of on-line examination before the schedule of examination only on their e-mail (As per new TRAI rules). As and when they receive e-mail, a message will come on their smart phone for information. Still, the students are advised to check their e-mail without waiting for the message. Single log-in will be used for all examinations.

5. Examination will be conducted in proctored mode with live human streaming. Students leaving/switching off the

camera will lead to Unfair Means.

6- Students are directed to avoid toggling of window during the examination. 7- The software records the physical points of the students through the camera, so, if, a student leaves the camera and

moves away and/or puts another object in front of the camera, the student will be treated as UFM case. 8. If no information is received from the student's camera on the server for EIGHT SECONDS, the student will automatically be out of the examination. In this case the student will have to log in back after waiting for TWO minutes and then he/she will be able to resume the examination. The examination will resume with the same question from where the student was out of the examination. If this action is repeated twice, it will come under unfair means.

9. During the examination, If, any student goes to another window like google search or tries to minimize the examination window etc., it will lead to Unfair Means. For the first time, a pop window will appear with warning message "IF YOU REPEAT THIS ACTION AGAIN, YOU WILL BE OUT OF THE EXAMINATION". On repeating this

action, the student will be treated as UFM case. 10- Students are advised to login 10 minutes before the examination.

11- If there is a power failure at the student's end, then it is the sole responsibility of the student. Therefore, students are advised to keep their smart phone/laptop fully charged before the exam. If students are using desk top, use with UPS and ensure power back-up up to the maximum duration of examination i.e 60 minutes.

12- For its better performance, students are advised to ensure 4G cellular network. However, students are advised to ensure

minimum 500 mb data for each examination. 13- The examination will comprise objective type Multiple Choice Questions. There will be NO NEGATIVE MARKING for the wrong answers.

14. Three Mock test will be conducted for the practice and to answer other related queries of the students. The students will be informed about the date of the mock test by the department. Mock-test is mandatory. No student will be permitted to appear in the final examination without appearing in Mock-test.
